Healing Spiral Coaching

Everything included, nothing banished

You've done years of real work. Therapy, retreats, practices, maybe medicine journeys. You understand your patterns with enough clarity to impress your therapist. You know where the wounds are. And something still isn't shifting.

This isn't failure. You aren't broken. You're probably just missing a few key pieces.

What are they?

You're probably working in the wrong dimension.

Most modalities operate at maybe three of the ten dimensions. Body work or meditation or therapy or retreats — each one is brilliant, and each one is blind to what it doesn't cover.

If you've spent years going deeper in dimensions while systematically avoiding the one that would actually move something — you'll feel exactly like this. Stuck despite everything. Understanding your patterns without being able to break them. Lots of somatic practice but not yet ready to dive into your shadow.

There's a map.

The Healing Spiral maps ten dimensions of psychological and emotional healing against 65+ modalities. Two dimensions form the ground beneath everything else. Five form a cascade. Three weave through all of it.

The acceleration in healing doesn't come from working harder. It comes from working in the right dimension — often the one your system has organized itself to avoid.

The coaching work is identifying which dimension is bottlenecking you and designing a program that covers the gap while we find your core material.

Built from wreckage, not theory.

In 2015, the move to the Bay Area with $3,000. A few years later: a cleantech company doing six figures monthly, real innovation, a global team. By every external measure, it was working.

Underneath: running from something. Accumulating modalities — IFS, somatic work, shadow work, Conscious Leadership. Working hard, staying stuck. The patterns visible with exquisite clarity, and completely intact.

Then an injury. Then kratom to manage the pain. Then a full-blown addiction. Then rehab. Then the collapse of the business.

What came next was a broad exploration — a series of retreats: Esalen, SleepAwake, Mahamudra — and Alcoholics Anonymous — each touching different dimensions I had been missing, each showing a different piece of the puzzle.

And then the thing that shifted everything none of them had: daily twelve-step work. Actual belonging landing in the nervous system, not as concept or temporary experience, a lived fact. From that ground, two identity reorganizations in a matter of weeks. A differentiation from my father.

Years of grinding, incremental progress became rapid transformation. Not because effort intensified. Because the right dimension was finally addressed.

That experience — along with two and a half years of building the framework with collaborator Kanjun Qiu — is what informs the coaching.

What my coaching actually is

Full-spectrum assessment

We map where you currently operate across all ten dimensions — where you've done real work, where you've been avoiding, and where the ground may be insufficient.

Bottleneck identification

The dimension constraining everything else becomes visible. Usually it's not the one you've been working on.

Practice design

You get a specific, integrated practice that addresses the actual gap — not 47 habits, not general advice, but a coherent system designed for your specific configuration.

Modality matching

Different dimensions respond to different approaches. The coaching draws on a map of over sixty modalities and their dimensional coverage to recommend what's actually needed, not what's popular or what your friend recommended.

Ongoing sessions

The work doesn't happen once. Regular sessions hold the larger context, go deep, track your movement through dimensions, and adjust as things shift.

This is for people ready to do the full work — to let their inner world and outer world cohere. Not for people looking for another system to add to the pile.

The right fit

People feeling frustrated despite years of serious work.

People who've had profound openings — from ceremony, retreat, intensive therapy — that didn't consolidate.

People who can articulate their patterns perfectly and still can't break them.

Not the right fit

People seeking symptom management or performance optimization. The Healing Spiral is therapeutic work aimed at facilitating comprehensive structural psychological change.

I'm not a licensed therapist. I am an inventor and innovator who builds from first principles to create something new and world class. If you need clinical treatment for acute mental health conditions, start there. If you're ready to excavate and rebuild the foundational stories that shape your life, this work goes deeper than most therapy ever attempts.

Testimonials

"Eli taught me that one healing modality isn't enough. Having three or four that cover grounding, mind, and spirit feels like a built-out lifestyle rather than a life rope. His approach to shadow integration resonates deeply — it's helped me set better boundaries, recognize my patterns around belonging, and gently remind myself that I do want accountability, support, connection, and growth."

— Coaching Client

"He helped me navigate through my life and business related roadblocks. Super impressed with the insights he has and very very much grateful to have him as a resource. Eli helped me see that I have been hiring people who are like my mom, and operating with my shadows. Highly recommend if you are looking for an executive coach."

Start with a 20-minute call.

No pitch. No commitment. A quick scan across the dimensions and an honest read on whether coaching makes sense right now — and if so, what it would actually target.

If the map shows a bottleneck and there's readiness to address it, we go from there. If the timing isn't right, the call is still useful.

The dimension you're avoiding is where the work is.
That's not a metaphor.
