You’re doing real work. Something still isn’t moving.

This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a coverage problem. Personal evolution operates across ten dimensions. Most people — even people doing serious work — are covering three or four. The gap is usually what’s keeping everything else stuck.

Hard work in the wrong place still stalls.

You’ve done therapy, retreats, practices, maybe medicine. You understand your patterns. You know where the wounds are. And something still isn’t shifting — or it’s moving slower than it should.

Every modality is brilliant within its domain and structurally blind outside it. Somatic work doesn’t reach relational predictions. Talk therapy doesn’t complete survival responses. Contemplative practice can deepen equanimity while the body stays frozen. Most people doing serious work are going deeper in the dimensions they’re already covering while the gap goes unaddressed.

The gap is usually the thing the system has organized itself to avoid. That’s what makes it hard to see from inside.

A map of the full territory.

The Healing Spiral maps personal evolution across ten dimensions of contact — two ground dimensions that make all change possible, five cascade dimensions that follow a natural direction, and three orthogonal dimensions that weave through everything. No single modality covers them all. Most cover three or four.

The Ground

01
Relational Field
The container in which everything else happens
02
Capacity Building
Tolerance for depth without overwhelm

The Cascade

03
Physiological Completion
Finishing what the body started
04
Affect Metabolization
Staying with emotion until it moves
05
Differentiation
Past from present, part from whole
06
Implicit Model Updating
Predictions rewriting through experience
07
Identity Reorganization
The template itself shifts

Orthogonal

08
Energetic Reorganization
Below sensation, above meaning
09
Shadow Integration
Welcoming back what was banished
10
Nondual View
Awareness recognizing itself
“The dimension you least want to look at is usually the dimension you most need. That’s not a metaphor — the system organizes around avoiding its own pressure points. What looks like preference is often the wound’s fluency in the language of reasonable choice.”

Serious people. Real friction.

Stuck despite years of real work

You’ve done the therapy, the retreats, the practices. You understand your patterns with clarity. Something still isn’t shifting — you’ve found your modality’s ceiling without knowing it.

Founders who feel the cost of misdirection

Building yourself and building your company are the same project. The ceiling on your leadership is often not strategy or execution — it’s the gap in your inner coverage.

Openings that don’t consolidate

Powerful experiences in ceremony, retreat, or intensive therapy that fade or destabilize rather than integrate. The opening exceeded the container. More depth isn’t the answer — more ground is.

Moving between modalities without a map

Collecting practices without a framework for how they fit together. Knowing the vocabulary of multiple traditions but not knowing which dimension you’re actually working in.

Two ways in.

Ongoing Engagement

Monthly Coaching

Monthly retainer — pricing on call

For people ready to do the sustained work. We identify the gap, design a practice that covers it, and work it together over months. Regular sessions hold the larger context, track movement across dimensions, and adjust as things shift. The work is for people who are ready to let their inner world and outer world cohere — not for people looking for another system to add to the pile.

  • Assessment session included
  • Regular 1:1 sessions (frequency by agreement)
  • Practice design across active dimensions
  • Modality recommendations as work deepens
  • Small number of clients at a time

“Eli taught me that one healing modality isn’t enough. Having three or four that cover grounding, mind, and spirit feels like a built-out lifestyle rather than a life rope. His approach to shadow integration resonates deeply — it’s helped me set better boundaries, recognize my patterns around belonging, and gently remind myself that I do want accountability, support, connection, and growth.”

Systems thinking applied inward.

The Healing Spiral framework emerged from two and a half years of research and lived experience — built in collaboration with Kanjun Qiu. It maps over sixty modalities across ten dimensions, showing where practice is strong and where the gaps are.

The coaching draws on deep personal practice across somatic work, IFS, Re-evaluation Counseling, Mahamudra meditation, and twelve-step work — as well as a decade of building and running companies. The same rigor applied to engineering problems gets applied to the territory of personal evolution.

Eli works with a small number of people at a time.
